1. I received an access card with an access code. How can I order my photos?
 

If you received an access card with a personal access code, go to the “Login” page, enter your access code, and click “Open Album.”

 

2. I rarely order online. How can I place an order?
 

Select a photo you like from your album and click “Order Photo.” Then choose the product you want, enter the desired quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve added all the photos you want, click “Cart” at the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

 

3. Is it possible to place a single order for all members of my family?
 

Yes. Click “Do you have another access code?” on the main “Login” page. You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This will give you access to all available photos. Placing a single order will also help you save on shipping costs.

 

4. Where can I check the status of my order?
 

The easiest way is to click the link included in your order confirmation email. You can also log in using the password and email address you received by email. Once logged in, you’ll find your order details under “My Account.”

 

5. What are the delivery times?
 

Delivery times depend on payment, the products ordered, and the delivery method. Payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders that include free delivery to schools are processed on average 5 to 10 business days after the order deadline. Delivery times may also vary depending on the type of products ordered.

 

6. Will the watermark be removed from the image?
 

Yes. The watermark is only used to protect our work from illegal downloads.

 

7. What is the quality of the prints, posters, etc.?
 

We are committed to offering the highest print quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

 

8. Can I crop the images?
 

Yes. This option is available in the shopping cart. When you crop an image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars, which indicate whether the photo resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

If you are on the main homepage, click the “Contact” tab. If you are logged into your account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Contact.” You can enter your contact details and questions there, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
